Certificates of Participation
On this page you will find all the necessary information regarding the certificates of participation. Should you encounter any problems, please contact the student’s office.
Students of the PO18 (exam regulations 2018) have to register their certificates of participation in the Studierendenportal. Please note that the registration has to be completed at a certain point in the semester. You will receive an email, informing you about the last possible point at which you can register.
In the winter semester of 2021/2022, the certificates of participation have to be registered before: TBA.
Students of the PO 2011/13 will continue to receive their certificates on paper. Your lecturers should hand them out at the end of the semester. In the case they have forgotten to do so, do not hesitate to contact the office of the corresponding department.
The BNs for the orientational tutorial can be picked up at the Student’s Office.
Due to the current circumstances, we are allowed to accept a screenshot from your HIS-LSF instead of a physical certificate.
If you have missed the assignment of modules for past semesters, in certain cases, a recognition of credits can be forwarded to the Registrar’s office. Since this is a time-consuming bureaucratic process, please register your certificates of participation in the given time period. Should you need a recognition of credits, please send us a screenshot of the courses in which you participated in the given semester via e-mail.
