Study abroad at the University of California Davis

Bachelor students from all study programs can apply for an exchange with UC Davis through our cooperation agreement. The exchange can last three months, six months, or twelve months. Our cooperation agreement with UC Davis provides students of Heinrich Heine University a 50% reduction on tuition fees. Tuition fees at Davis are currently US$ 6,395 (approx. equivalent to € 5,640) per quarter (three months); a longer stay is to be calculated accordingly. An exchange through the Global Study Program (GPS) is open to students of all faculties (except Law, Medicine, and Economics). However, there is an internal application process that considers students' qualifications and grades (see below). Students can apply from the end of their third semester onward. Please note that the exchange begins in the fall quarter at Davis (September-December).
